ABOUT HILL AFB

It was way back in 1934 that the idea of this base first came up. This was during the Air Mail initiative of the US Army. The Ogden Air Depot construction began in 1939 and Hill Field was officially inaugurated in 1940. During World War II, this field quickly came into prominence as a center of activity. When the Air Force became a separate service, Hill Field was renamed as Hill AFB.

Hill AFB is named after Major Ployer Hill who lost his life during a test flight of the B-17 Flying Fortress bomber. Located in northern Utah, this base is the home of the Ogden Air Logistics Complex which is the international manager of a range of engines, air craft, avionics, missiles and more. The Logistics Complex is part of the Air Force Sustainment Center, one of five such special centers with the Air Force Material Command.

The host unit here is the 75 th Air Base Wing which is charged with providing support to the Ogden Air Logistics Complex apart from other organizations. The 388 th Fighter Wing and 419 th Fighter Wing also call this base home along with more than 50 other associate units.

HANDLING SERIOUS CRIMINAL CHARGES AS AN AIR FORCE MAN

Serious criminal charges such as sexual assault or murder allegations can cause substantial damage to your permanent record and bring your career to a standstill. In fact, when a serious charge is recorded on your permanent record, you may find it very difficult to find civilian employment that matches your skills and experience. To ensure that you do not face such far reaching consequences you should get the advice of an experienced Hill AFB UCMJ attorney as soon as you come to know of legal action being initiated against you.

FORMER MILITARY PROSECUTOR AS YOUR LEGAL DEFENSE

Having a former military prosecutor in your corner gives you a clear advantage when facing legal proceedings. Hill AFB military defense lawyer Joseph Jordan has served as military prosecutor at Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood) and in Korea during his service in the United States defense services. Apart from this, he also has experience as legal assistance attorney, interim chief of justice, chief of claims, operational law attorney from his Army JAG Corps service days. This exposure and experience have given him a unique and comprehensive insight into the working of military law and the various procedures that take place during hearings.

Being familiar with regulations and requirements, Mr. Jordan is in a position to educate you about your rights and responsibilities when facing legal charges as a member of the United States Air Force. When you are facing serious accusations of assault or murder or relatively minor legal proceedings such as NJP proceedings or you need guidance about appeals or rebuttals, this experienced Hill AFB military defense attorney is the right person to talk to.
